Demo & contact requests: venue name, venue type, your name, email address, and phone number or Instagram handle when you submit our form or contact us.
Communications: the contents of emails, texts, or calls you send us.

Information collected automatically

Usage & device data: pages viewed, referring page, approximate location (city/region), browser and device type, and interactions (e.g., clicking a button), collected via analytics tools.
Cookies & similar technologies: used for analytics and, if enabled, advertising measurement. See "Cookies & tracking" below.

2. How we use information

To respond to your demo request and contact you about Tap2Order.
To set up, deliver, and support our service if you become a customer.
To measure and improve the Site and our marketing.
To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse.

3. Cookies & tracking technologies

We use the following third-party tools, which may set cookies or collect identifiers:

Google Analytics 4, anonymized website usage analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
Meta Pixel (if enabled), advertising measurement for Facebook/Instagram campaigns. See Meta's Privacy Policy.

Service providers that help us operate, such as form processing (Formspree), analytics (Google), advertising (Meta), and, for customers, payment processing (Stripe).
Legal & safety recipients when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Payments

For Tap2Order customers, card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; Stripe handles cardholder data under PCI-DSS. Stripe's processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) pass through at cost.

6. Data retention

We keep contact and demo-request information for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA), you may have the right to:

Know what personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
Request deletion or correction of your information.
Opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale"/"sharing" of personal information (we do not sell data).
Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
