No app. No hardware. No long-term contract. Just one tap between your customer and your kitchen, built by an operator who got tired of watching great local spots lose orders to systems made for chains.
You already know the moment. Friday night, the room's slammed, a table's been trying to wave you down for ten minutes, drinks are backing up, and tickets are dying on the rail. Nobody's slacking. The night just got bigger than the tools you're running it on.
I've stood in that moment from every side, the server in the weeds, the guest nobody can reach, the owner watching tips and tables walk out the door. I'm Dan, I'm 22, and I've spent my whole life in this industry, on the floor and behind the events. The fix was never working harder. It was seeing the rush coming before it hits you, and that's what I built.
I started A.N.G.I.E. Systems LLC, Advancing Network for Global Innovation & Entrepreneurship, to build systems with AI architecture that change how things actually run on the ground. Not tech for its own sake. Tech that lets a local business run seamlessly, so the owner can stop surviving the rush and start growing. Help enough local businesses grow, and you move something much bigger than one venue.
Across every room I've worked, sponsored events, rooftops, boats, backyards, parks, residences, the nights that ran smooth were the ones where we knew what was coming. Flying blind is what breaks a good night. Knowing your own rhythm, your "algorithm," is the closest thing to a cheat code a business has. If you know Wednesday gets slammed, you don't need a long line, a stack of missed tickets, or staff shouting over the noise. You need the system ready before the doors open.
I've felt the cost of not having that. As staff, I lost tips when orders backed up, and tips were what we lived on. As an operator, I watched good people get overworked on nights that should have been wins. Stress and growth get tangled together, and they shouldn't be. You should be able to have your best night without it being your worst night to work.
I think I notice these fixes because I've always been wired to. Growing up I watched my mom pull off events with family and friends, stressful, but they always figured it out, and I was the kid quietly finding the workaround. Give me a problem and I'll usually have a path out before you finish explaining it.
On paper: I studied architecture and engineering in high school, earned a certificate in the Business of Entertainment from NYU, and I'm majoring in Business Administration while I keep studying artificial intelligence and neuroscience. I'm still a student, and I think that's a feature, not a bug. I'm building this in the open, for real operators, right now.
Tap2Order is phase one. The bigger plan is to help local businesses own their numbers and their growth, their analytics, their marketing, their own audience, instead of renting it from platforms whose algorithms decide whether anyone even sees them. I want to do that for businesses across the country.
I named the company after my daughter because this was never a side hustle to me. It's a legacy, something built to outlast me and move the people it touches long after. That's the reason underneath all the other reasons, and it's why I've got everything to prove. That's exactly what I'm going to do.

Your customers should never hit an App Store to order a coffee. Tap or scan, the menu opens in the browser, done.
Month-to-month means month-to-month. We earn your business every month, no multi-year traps, no early-termination fees.
The insights about your venue, your top sellers, your peak hours, belong to you, not to a platform that sells it back.
Made for the realities of NYC service: loud rooms, lunch rushes, multilingual crowds, and razor-thin margins.
We're onboarding our first venues now. Every figure on this site is documented industry data, not customer claims, and our example scenarios are illustrative, because we'd rather earn your trust than borrow it. Be one of the venues we build the proof with.
